Kate Massot joined VOYCE in January of 2013 as Regional Ombudsman Coordinator for Northeast Missouri and St. Louis City. In this role, she is responsible for promoting the highest quality of care for residents of long-term care and overseeing the volunteer ombudsmen who visit facilities in those regions.
Before joining the staff of VOYCE, she worked for seven years as a Resident Service Coordinator for several independent and assisted living facilities in University City. In this role, she coordinated a variety of services for residents to enable them to remain independent as long as possible.
She has a Masters degree from Saint Louis University.
