Davids-photoDavid Seitzer was born and raised in Granite City, Illinois, just six blocks from the steel mill. Upon graduation in 1981, he spent 4 years with the United States Army Signal Corp. While serving in Stuttgart, Germany and eventually in Washington D.C., David continued his education working towards a Bachelor’s degree.

Alpha Retirement Concepts, Inc. coordinates a host of professionals including estate planning attorneys, CPA’s, Medicaid specialists, and financial planners to pursue the best planning techniques available.

Project Veteran Aid was established in the fall of 2005 as a community service to assist veterans, widows of veterans, and their families in understanding the value of the Department of Veteran Affairs benefits that are available to many war-time veterans.

Project Medicaid was established in the fall of 2010 to serve those families in need of state aid while their loved one resides in a skilled nursing facility.

David’s primary mission, as a third generation veteran himself, is to assist as many possible families that can be reached, make them aware of their eligibility of VA benefits, and help in whatever ways legally possible in obtaining those benefits.

A network of over 250 local adult senior communities have utilized his training and educational workshops; and together in their partnership of cooperation have secured the benefits for over 2500 veterans and widows of veterans over the past 8 years.

Project Veteran Aid, Project Medicaid and Alpha Retirement Concepts, Inc, employ 7 individuals that combine their pool of talent to “Bridge the Crisis” of adult senior care needs.
