Julia Soto Lebentritt is a lullabologist and author of As Long as You Sing, I’ll Dance: The Bond Not the Burden – the Blessing of Reciprocal Caregiving. Her specialty is helping caregivers of persons with dementia to discover the joy of connecting more deeply with those whom they care for, and love.

Julia provides innovative therapeutic eldercare training and tools for professional and nonprofessional caregivers through her consulting business, Spontaneous Care Communications. Julia also directs The Lullaby Project, with support from National Endowment for the Arts, New York State Council on the Arts, New York Council for the Humanities, and National Public Radio. She researched and co-produced a collection of multicultural lullabies, “New York City Lullabies,” a NPR program “Lullaby: The Universal Tradition,” and a multimedia show, “Singing the City to Sleep,” narrated by Odetta. As Long As You Sing, I’ll Dance is her first book about caregiving.
